Well, I completely understand the confusion, but what Flint meant, yet did not clearly state, was... you're not
supposed to respond to clone threads, but you can, of course. Mostly you can just read, chuckle and move on. But it's never bad when any thread gets attention.
I only know this because I've seen numerous clone threads, hundreds probably, some do get more attention than the original, for whatever reason.
Usually it starts out with a post such as "good one" or "ooooh lame".
