How about using chemical weapons on his own people?
Attempting genocide on the Kurds?
Using the money gained from illegal oil sales and humanitarian oil sales to build 14 - yes, fourteen - working PALACES for himself while the people starve. ($2 Billion on palaces since 1991. Formula sold to Iraq under oil-for-food was found sold in other markets throughout the Gulf. UN figured it's 500,000 Iraqi citizens dead.)
I saw one bit where his kid summarily executed thousands of unwanteds by machine gun. Don't remember the details sorry.
