Rather like it, actually ... lets you know how long ago the post was (which is how we humanoids actually think) instead of the date stamp.
But after 24 hours, I'd like to see it revert to the date of the post; the actual time is not so important.
And one thing that is quite nice ... the way that the Quick Reply function adds a post without completely reloading the page.
