Hmmph. I remeber Oswald getting capped (although I saw it on broadcast film; live TV news coverage was very rare in those days and had to be arranged *far* in advance; this is where the catchphrase "film at 11" comes from.).
Furthermore, I listen to my own computer advice, and have made out pretty well over the last thirty years. IMHO you should revise your spec there, Chewy.
Tobaisty, he can;t be a geek if he goes to Best Buys for tech advice and driver installs. Even for Windows. Erm...I mean *especially* for Windows.
Earthlink software is notorious for trashing perfectly good WIndows installs. I think they replace DLLs without level checking them, mostly because *their* stuff will work and they don't care what else they break as long as you start paying them monthlies. Configure a normal PPP dialup and SMTP/POP email and be happy.
