I saw Penn and Teller on Letterman years ago. Teller pushed a small dried bean through that tube. He put the bean in his mouth and did all sorts of snorting and blowing until the bean (which Letterman had written on with a sharpie to identify) came out under his eyelid. Is was gross and cool at the same time.
