actually the charges were dropped because the parents of the victim refused to let him testify and the prosecution couldn't prove the case without him. that is even crappier than crap. she deserves to be made very ugly, maybe that would take care of the problem.
and yeah, we had both male and female teachers having affairs with students in our high school.
