I've now measured it with the multimeter.
Motherboard monitoring program says 12v+ is 12.41
Multimeter says 12.26
Motherboard monitoring program says 5v+ is 5.06
Multimeter says 5.11
The monitoring program says the 12v+ dips just slightly, to 12.35.
(Microsoft's) sector-level check now complete: checks out OK.
