Living in Kansas for the last 15 years I've seen plenty of wall-to-wall wall clouds but I've only seen 1 tornado -- in Colorado. And it was struggling to rise from dust-devil stage to F1 category. But if there are warnings, I'm headed to the basement (not The Cellar
