That's probably true Bruce...and it'll undoubtedly have a 'trickle down' effect.
The only problem is, the fishermen have to foot the bill themselves rather than split it between the masses. Probably not quite a fair comparison I'd suggest, although I doubt there'd be too many fishermen here who would deliberately try to destroy the environment on which their livelihood relies, so maybe it's a moot point.
