Well proven for so many generations - a quality control inspector means the factory has no quality control. How did Toyota get their legendary quality? Concept includes eliminating quality control inspectors. How to increase costs? Attempt quality by hiring quality control inspectors.

Correctly noted - a massive problem is directly traceable to bad management that utilizes a classic MBA concept:t "the purpose of a company is its profits". Why does Toyota have that legendary quality? Toyota's #1 purpose is the product. Distributing contaminated pet food is not an accident.
