That sounds yummy... for Plastic Forks I did smokies wrapped in bacon and baked in pineapple juice & brown sugar. People seemed to like them.
Are you serving a "meal"? Because if you are that sounds like enough appaetizers to me! But if you want/need more I'm a big fan of quesadillas and they make good finger food cut up into narrow slices.
