A veritable supermarket of information on food trends, exhibitors are divided into numerous, themed food-marketing groups: chilled foods, frozen foods, gourmet foods, fine foods, drinks, dairy, bread and bakers, health foods, etc. There is no one category for leafy green vegetables, but then again, this veggie-critter is in a class of its own.
