If you could show that you have these conditions you could fight that in court , but if you had an open container , well I would explain the situation to the judge and see what happens , luck to ya !!!!
As to nameing the dog , if i could spend some time with her i could come up with a name , Hard to tell from just seeing a pic , you have to get to know the dogs personality .
