All of them are smilies. That one is a smiley that is sticking out his tongue. Others paraded around with signs. Some have guns. Several leak/puke/fart etc. Still smiley. I chose that one because he has a happy looking face, not because he was blowing you a raspberry. Here you go, a smiling smiley. :-) (oldskool)
