I tried and failed to find a link. tw and bluecuracao nailed it though. I also found the link tw cited and is now dead. I don't doubt it. But I *did* hear it twice. The man should not speak extemporaneously. I reckon his PR people shudder when he approaches a microphone without his notes. I don't mean this to be a Bush Bash, but criminy!
