Perhaps, but the guys over here recognize the guys over there as
criminals, not as martyrs. The mantle of religious justification has been removed, with authority. Unfortunately, like any legal system, the laws only restrain the law abiders, not the lawbreakers. This is not an Islamic phenomenon.
