Darn, there's always a catch! I finally got rid of that Explorer when I got a bit of money and replaced it with a Toyota RAV. The Explorer was a gas hog that went through 5 clutches in 5 years. The TOY gets great mileage, but its not much of an adventure-mobile. If I move back to Colorado's West Slope as I am hoping to do, I'll probably sell the RAV and get myself something with good clearance that will drive up stream beds and over rocks. I'm just a wild child at heart, always loved that old Greatful Dead song "Sugar Magnolia" -
