One of the amazing cast of characters tonight was a woman about whom I thought, "You know, if she had a car, she would have left the kid in it and then she wouldn't have been taken from this walking incubator and placed in foster care."

The Walking Incubator at one point was complaining about the $60 a week she was spending on cell phone minutes on the THREE YEAR OLD'S CELL PHONE so the child could call her from fostercare.

I mean, hell, that's $60 she could have put into the crack budget.
