Two thoughts on the LA baby shooting. First off, does the LAPD not have three or four snipers capable of taking out a loonie without hitting the baby?
Second...I can't understand why anyone would be surprised the the LAPD would shoot someone using a baby as a human shield. Hell, in LA they shoot people for not covering their mouths when they sneeze.
