I can't even begin to put words to this. Lookout123 pretty much nails it. WTF is wrong with the parents? Criminally stupid. They're all diving in the shallow end of the gene pool.

We didn't let the InchInchInch out of our sight for almost a year, and then even his grandparents were suspect until they had proved a reasonable degree of reliability and observing of toddler protocol.

This just bums me out.
