Also, there was the late, lamented Richh, who died and few knew of his passing. I knew because we were friends but lost track of him after he moved to Oregon. I was shocked and saddened to hear that he had passed.

I think I am a likely candidate for an unnoticed passing. I took stock of my friends and wondered what would happen if I had a stroke or something right then. Who would know or even notice? I get a visitor maybe once a quarter. My bills are paid electronically. I have no close neighbors to notice the smell. It could conceivably be six months before anyone wondered enough about my silence to actually investigate. Easily. :scared:

I wouldn't want any mourning for me anyway, but a quick RIP notice would be nice, and if some people want to hoist a frosty one in my memory, that would be nice too. Not that I plan on kicking the bucket anytime soon, but still. I'd do it for you, after all.
