Multiple personalities are only bad and annoying when the person does it to manipulate a situation or give themselves a "Me Too'er" to make themselves look better, or pose just the right question so they can make their point. There is a long tradition on The Cellar that no matter what your user name is, you post as you, not some carefully constructed fantasy character.
The assortment of sock puppets and their multiple owners don't serve that purpose. {Poster whose name I cannot remember, but I swear it started with one of the less popular letters of the alphabet}

Not that anybody who really needs this information will necessarily see this, but ... you CAN have UT change your user name. If you don't ask too often. And you ask really, really nicely.
Frankly, this is what Gwennie! should have done when he came out of the closet.
