Given that it's made with Guylian's Chocolate, I'd say it's crappy, and picked for structural integrity.
Not all Belgian Chocolates are created equal.
Guylian is so low on the chocolate food chain that Wal-Mart doesn't carry it.
I've seen it (and bought it to be distributed at social functions, because it looks classy) at OddJob, which is (was, sorry, they're in the midst of a going out of business sale) what I call a "more than a Dollar Store," i.e., still really cheap, but sometimes of higher quality than you find in the average Dollar Store. I still have and use a very nice ceramic teapot I bought from there about 10 years ago.
