I went to Wallys world today & picked up some Havarit, goat, & Cappiello marinated Mozzarello, which was a bit high. But good. I think with a litle trial & error I might could do this at home. I tried the hot olives once & was ok. The Goat is the Capricorn french type. Sorry didn't see the french word till I got home
