Thanks xoB. Apparently every year Moscow clown Vyacheslav Polunin puts on a "Snow Show" at Moscow’s Vakhtangov Theater, with mimes and clowns. This year they decided to establish dozens of snowmen on Moscow's Arbat Street as a prelude, and set up a new requirement for his clown college (
