First thing to do is disconnect the exhaust duct in back and run it again. If you get warm air blowing out, the duct is clogged somewhere....find and clear obstruction.

If cool air blows out, your element is likely out....replace it.

If nothing blows out or only a very weak air current blows out, the internal duct is clogged with lint...clean it.

Clothes dryers are not space shuttles.
