Actually, that's not the worst case scenario. In her eagerness to put a human face on various needs addressed by the all virtuous Democratic Party in its battle with the all evil Republican party, she often seeds her stories with convenient connections that just don't sound authentic, especially when you consider the post deletion and other deceptions that violate the prime directive here.
Just be real! I want to hear peoples real takes on the real lives that they lead. I don't want to hear a cooked up version made to make a political point. Did you notice how much more palatable Radar is lately? He's been talking about his real life and it gives a body to his belief system. Mari has little credibility for when she actually has a point. I never know what to believe. When Rho talks about her health issues we believe her because she has a deep reserve of credibilty, with Mari we just don't know. Jim can be a SOB but he's been real with us as far as I can tell, so he's our SOB.
