This is the 1.5' thick door to the White Sulphur Springs bunker. The bunker where congress was supposed to live out a nuclear attack. I don't know why Reuters circulated this. I guess it's out of commission now. Either everybody knew about it from all the rumors, or they don't think there will be a need for it.
It was stocked for congress to live in it for 2 months.
