I'm not so sure people will call her a liar when she has tapes of the phone calls.
The transcripts of the conversations are so detailed they had to have been taped. Taping phone conversations in N.Y. is against the law without the consent of both parties, so they are not admissable in a court of law. But the implication is clear, that there is a record of these phone calls.
