I don't know if this helps any but here is a link to paradise lost book X:

And if you click on 743 it brings up:
"Cf. "Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou?" (Isaiah 45:9)"
In this same part of the bible it say's the lord will give Cyrus treasures hidden in the darkness - secret riches.

Also I still have not had any luck with that anagram yet but I'll keep at it.
