These are clips from an Email I got just yesterday from an Email circle I'm a member of. It seems several members of this group have had trouble with it too and this is what some of them found out.

I have downloaded the SP2, after going thru this procedure with my hp computer and so are so good. Those who have not had any problems, more han likely had all their updates in.
