marichiko makes a good point, look at what is happening in Sudan and what happened in Checkoslovakia. I think that that is another reason that this topic should be addressed
before the fact, in the hopes of preventing a civil war in America and in other countries. The issues that would cause such a thing could be resolved without violent conflict.
