Quality Images is about far more than a pretty picture. Interesting content is first and foremost, or so I believe. Flooding is interesting, especially when it happens to one of the Cellar family.
Hey, I posted a crappy picture of a hummingbird sitting on a wire. It was a crappy picture, but it was a hummingbird, sitting still, on a wire, in my backyard. That made it a Quality Image.
