Who cares if the old man gets some? Looks like they have an arrangement that may not be for a lot of people. I can't imagine that it's any of our business, even if the only agreement they have is "You keep blowing me, and let me trot you out to the Senior's Center so everyone can see us together, and I'll keep giving you money". At least that would be more honest than many more traditional relationships.
And that kid is spectacularly cute.
