I mentioned this photograph fifty-eleven months ago, but I finally found it a few weeks ago. This was taken on S. Cicero Ave. near Midway Airport in mid-1998.

It's the only one I've ever seen in the city, and I'm not sure how long it has been up...perhaps there was fear of nuclear weapons in the city at one point?

(Incidentally, it's right next to Si Señor Tacos, one of the best mom-and-pop Mexican food stands in the city. Order the $5 Burrito.)
