Not a major injury, but a fun story at parties.
My partner and I were having sex doggie-style one night, and he lost his balance just after he climaxed.
He fell backwards out of bed and onto the floor...some varied bruising were the only injuries, fortunately.
Next morning, our housemate cautiously asked, "Umm...so what happened last night? I heard..umm...*stuff*, then a crash, then hysterical laughter."
"Oh. That would be me falling out of bed after sex, and Ellie pointing and laughing."
