Shoot, if you guys are gonna do the politics, then I'm gonna do the Legos ..
That's not a legal Lego model! You're not allowed to cut and glue Legos, you must abide by the holes and studs. For example, the roofs (all of them, it looks like) are base plates that have been cut up. And though the fence posts are legit, the only way they can stand like that is with glue.
Painting the minifigs is tolerated, especially when you have a specific requirement. Cool use of skeletons, though it makes the noose seem redundant.
