There are a few.
1) Drunk people shall not annoy the horses. They are more valuable than you are. You may look at them.
2) Please attempt to refrain from becoming naked before dark. There didn't used to be neighbors. Civilization has been impinging on the property over about the last five years.
3) Do not kill or attempt to kill any other guests or residents of the property. You will not be invited back.
4) Wolf will wear a shirt containing a picture of a moose. She will also bring her own mug.
These simple rules have withstood the test of time.
