I asked Alexa to guess what character I was thinking of after reading this thread. It took quite a few questions and answers before the
Akinator app could venture a guess; but, it eventually came up with "Rocket J. Squirrel." I had forgotten that was "Rocky" the flying squirrel's actual character name.
