It can't be left over from 1985 because they didn't use binary munitions like that at that time.
The more research I do on the incident, the more statements I read in either direction on the possible date of manufacture.
I'm curious as to what a "binary" device is. Its either exploding or it isn't? I'd love an analog bomb.
