What I don't eat at McDonald's. I barbeque a lot and for the ribs to be tender so fast is a godsend. I do a whole chicken in the cooker then slather in Kraft and into the oven for the proper burn....

I can cook dry beans to completely cooked in one hour. Usually I let them sit overnight as my wife likes the beans soft, but still in a hour they done. Ribs from frozen to almost falling off the bone...

Ya I have an electric smoker and it works good. Mostly I smoke King Mackerel not the big ones, but small ones pulled out of a gill net for free just a hours labor.
