But why should there be three times as many murders in Scotland than in England? We are not, and never have been, a nation of violent psychopaths. Funny, the Scotch in early America were commonly violent drunkards. Must be just the ones that got shipped? Seriously though, and it's not the tequila talking, you dispossess a people of their land and culture then ghettoize their decendents in wonderful government housing, with a wonderful government education, throw in a wonderful government check and everything is going to be wonderful. Oh and read/watch Trainspotting.
