Please help me find a job site

I am currenlty having difficulty finding a good web site that will show me accurate job descriptions for my search criteria.

I am looking for information on how to become an information technology training supervisor.

If any of you could point me in the right direction I would be eternally grateful.

Thanks.

[edit] P.S I am in Essex, UK.

i don't know what sites work best in the UK. even in the US, sites are better/worse based upon regional preference. when i was an IT recruiter i frequently used the following databases:

Jobing.com
Hotjobs.com
Monster.com (aka - OCC.com)

and a couple of regional ones. i would recommend calling a couple of tech staffing agencies/recruiters and ask them which databases they subscribe to. they will tell you and more than likely they will ask for a copy of your resume so that if they get an open order that fits what you are looking for they will call you with details.

Gee, I hope someone who has never posted here before suddenly shows up in this thread and posts a link that will answer Heatseeker's dilemma! [/cynic]

I only know of three but maybe a start if they have links.

www.worldwideworker.com
www. seek.com.
www.expatengineer.com.

Please start a thread.....

What do Essex girls use for protection during sex? You know where this is going. Oh for those of you that don't know ...A bus shelter.

I had to read your replys a couple of times before I got what you are implying. I can assure you that I am not trying to plug a website or any other corporation. I have been a member of the cellar for some months - I'm just more of a reader than a poster. My request is genuine and I got sick of geting redirected to mirror sites.

Thanks for the suggestions I'll look at them soon.

Many american newspapers have moved their help wanted ads online. Is that the case with your own community?

What industry do you work in, and are you willing to relocate for work?

Depending upon what you do there may be "headhunters" for your type of job.

No offense intended, Heatseeker. Best of luck finding a job.

Oh. Now I get it. I guess I'm neither cynical nor naive, but perhaps, more willing to give the benefit of the doubt.

Since I have dreams of leaving the US for the UK, I am frequently looking for jobs over there!

Here are one's I check out a lot:

www.jobs.ac.uk - posts jobs within most universities and colleges in the UK

www.totaljobs.co.uk

There is another that I use, but the name is escaping me. Will post it when I remember.
