Homosexual Fetus Law

Duprey proposes anti-abortion law protecting gay fetuses, assuming that a gene or set of genes that predetermine homosexuality can be isolated and tested for.

The sound you hear are the extremists' heads exploding in confusion.

Sweet, this one will be fun if it gets enough airtime.

Maybe we could send it to all of the extremist conservatives we know.

I don't know, it's so extreme it'll have both sides giggling. I mean how in hell could you have a serious debate about this one?

Troubleshooter 03-20-2005 04:39 PM

I don't know...

cjjulie 03-20-2005 07:20 PM

Leave it to a Republican.... :3_eyes:

staceyv 03-21-2005 08:54 AM

isn't that a form of discrimination in itself? I mean, all of the other babies are free to be aborted...

mrnoodle 03-21-2005 11:21 AM

I was hoping someone would notice this. It's just a way to get the pro-abortion and gay rights camps arguing with each other instead of with conservatives. It won't go anywhere. Hopefully it will spawn a few more funny blogs though.

Sounds to me as if it is intended to be a foot in the door for anti-abortion laws. Once one is on the books, it will be expanded to protect *all* groups, regardless of sexual orientation, etc. It is the Right using the Left's own arguments, in reverse, against their own agenda.

It sucks, but it is brilliant.
