Bowling Green then STL
Gonna be in Bowling Green, Kentucky in a couple of days (business trip).
Any pointers on what to see. I'll bring my camera. Same thing for St Louis (other than the friggin arch) |
east st louis is a must see. very historic.
seriously though, in stl just ask a local and they are all pretty friendly about telling you what to check out. |
Hmmm...I might be able to help with St. Louis.
--Jefferson National Expansion Memorial (The Old Courthouse and The Arch; The Old Cathedral is on the grounds, but not part of the memorial) --Union Station --Forest Park (World's Fair Pavilion, the Zoo, the Art Museum, the Science Center, the History Museum and the Jewel Box) --University City Loop --The Sycamore Homestead ;) There are lots of other places, but I don't know how long you're going to be there. If you want more info, or have any other questions about St. Louis, just ask. |
Finished my trip.... Did not remember my camera....didn't have time to roam anyway (except for running sessions near the holiday in south and a quick beer-n-wings with a buddy @hooters)...so there
I spent most of my time in these huge manufacturing facilities...saw the arch while I zipped past it.... |
anyone from the Spokane area?
