I do (use Trillian), and I do (have the patch (works great, incidentally (shit, triple parenthases))). If you need the patch, lemme know, and I can put it somewhere where you can grab it, and I'll PM you the URL.

It fixes a Yahoo-specific problem that appeared yesterday, so if you don't use it to connect to Yahoo, you don't really need the patch.

Although the patch fixed my problem at work, it broke Trillian here at home... Reinstalled the patch, but no dice. I had to download and install the full version of 2.013 to get it to work again. Bah.
