Thrift Sales
 

Good lord, as much as I've tried to stay the hell outta this phenomonem (sp?), I've learned a valuable lesson today.

Never put a FREE sign on something, when you can put $5 and quickly negotiate to $3.50 and get it the fuck out of your yard.

"thrift sale".....isnt that a great sounding pair of words? "Thrift sale" they so work together. If you say it over and over it loses all meaning but still sounds great! Like cake

We tend to have "carboot sales" in England....those words dont sound any where near as good ....and if you say themover and over they still sound like "carboot sales"

I think it's just you. And it would help me out quite a bit if I knew what the hell a "carboot" was?

I'm going to bed because the cellar is just too damn complicated tonight. No...that's not it, I'm just too tired, and stupid.....and tired....fuck it, LJ will have it all figured out by the time I wake up anyhow.
