American TV has taken a lot of abuse (justified IMO) about dumbing down the content. Well, like the sci-fi people say, we are not alone.
On the German version of "Who wants to be a millionaire", the question was "What is George W. Bush's first name?" After narrowing it down to two choices and the studio crowd voting two to one for "George":rolleyes:, the contestant chose Edmund.
We are not alone, indeed.

So much for the Master Race.

Don't know for sure. It was posted on an Australian site (orsm)that's not safe for work or polite company but they gave no indication it wasn't on the level. They had 3 pics that were supposed to be screen captures.

the strange thing is, that when they asked her who was burried in Grant's tomb, she got it right.

No kidding. What was the answer?

So, not only the contestant but 1/3 of the audience answered the question wrong, too?

All this really proves is that people who watch a lot of TV are equally stupid the world over. Yay for global equality.

Well we can hope that most of the ones who answered wrong in the audience did it on purpose to mess with the contestant. But that could be a vain hope.

It's a fake. I saw the real show on TV.
