The new ride
1 Attachment(s)
92' Buick actually but you know what I mean.
After walking and riding the bike for 2 years, I now own an automobile again. This was donated to me by my grandmother who is giving up driving. Total cost of vehicle, zero. Total cost of related fees and insurance, dont get me started. Please, if you see this car on the road do not point anything in it's direction, the windshield is intact and I wanna keep it that way. ;) |
Oh, this is just fucking great! It's all non-descript and shit...and lots of people own Centurys. Now I'm going to have to be super careful for fear of inciting this wacko!

Hmmm....stealth.....kudos.:thumb:

Almost invisible :)

slang is the only one not driving a pickup in the county. It'll stick out like a sore thumb.

It will be virtually unnoticable after I add some red duct tape to one of the tail lights.

Grandma's last car is always the choicest, too, since she probably hasn't been driving it much since she got it.
My wife's grandparents, who are both 85+, have a '93 Taurus in absolute cherry condition with 36k. They can no longer drive it, but refuse to sell or hand it off to anyone (we were sort of hoping our 17 year old would be the beneficiary of that...it would be a perfect first kid's car in great shape). I guess when my day comes to no longer drive, I won't be in a big hurry to admit it to myself, either, though. They're great people, but man, they drove about three years longer than they should have. Congrats on the new ride, Slang! You must feel like a pimp fo' sho'! :thumb: |
