I wonder if the government was bringing heat on the comic book industry in the late '50s? Comics were always pushing the limits of society's norms, luring youth away from their daddy's standards. That could be the reason behind these comics government collaborations attempting to teach kids what their parents should have.

Lesson learned - the proper thing to crash into pedestrians is a hot rod, not a shopping cart.
